Built To Burn

Our charcoal begins on a single island out of the 17,500 Indonesian islands where coconut trees thrive in rich, fertile soil. Each batch starts with hand-selected coconuts chosen at peak maturity. 

Once harvested, the shells are carefully separated and reserved exclusively for charcoal production. By using only these shells, we create a sustainable, eco-friendly fuel source that delivers consistent heat, ultra-low ash, and a clean burn — all without cutting down a single tree.  

Once the coconut shells are carbonized, they are finely ground into a clean charcoal powder. This powder is carefully mixed with a small amount of natural, food-grade binder to ensure strength and consistency. The precise mixing process guarantees a smooth texture, uniform density, and reliable performance in every briquette or tablet. 

After mixing, the charcoal is pressed into shape and placed into industrial drying ovens. Each batch is dried slowly over an extended period to remove all excess moisture. This long drying process locks in durability, improves ignition consistency, and ensures the charcoal burns evenly with ultra-low ash output.
